Description

Designed for people currently running 5k. This course follows a structured and fun plan that will get you and your dog running 10k in just 6 weeks together.

This course includes a 6 week plan for you to follow to help you reach your goal distance of 10km. The plan involves 2-3 runs per week, one of which will be at Sunday group.

You won’t be on your own. You’ll be doing this with the support of your best four legged buddy…your very own personal trainer and a group of other owners and dogs with the same goals!

Dog’s must be at least 18 months old to participate.

• Sunday 12th Oct 2025 – 8:30am 
• Saturday 18th Oct 2025 – 8:00am – notice the different day and time as a one off
• Sunday 26th Oct 2025 – 8:30am 
• Sunday 2nd Nov 2025 – 8:30am 
• Sunday 9th Nov 2025 – 8:30am 
• Sunday 23rd Nov 2025 – 8:30am 

**Note – no run Sunday 16th Nov**

LOCATION: Meet at Maunsel Lock car park. We will be running along the canal.
