Still Having Nightmares About Walking Your Dog On The Lead? 🫣

Canicross

What is Canicross?
Canicross is essentially running with your dog. Using equipment to ensure the safety and comfort of you and your dog, we will train you and your dog to run together.
Canicross is also a great way to meet like minded people and enjoy spending time with your dog whilst getting fit too.
Canicross is a great way to exercise your dog and help them burn some energy whilst building the bond between you and them.

Rebecca doing canicross with her dog meg

Rebecca has been running with her dog for over 6 years now. Meg, being nearly 13 years old, is starting to slow down with the distance now, however she still loves running up to 15km!! Rebecca is an avid runner and has even ran a marathon, which Meg helped her train for!

Rebecca wants to share her passion for running with a dog with everyone! It is a great way to get fit together as well as build the bond between the 2 of you.

She is an accredited canicross instructor with Dog Fit UK and she also has a Leadership in Running Fitness qualification meaning you and your dog are in safe hands.

Is my dog suitable?
Any breed can take part in canicross, runs will be tailored to a breed’s specific needs, for example, super small dogs or brachycephalic dogs will need extra care when out and about.
Dogs will need to be 1 year or older in order to partake.
